Reclaiming Desire, Power
& Purpose in Midlife

A serial memoir publishing weekly on Substack.

Juliette LaMontagne, EdD, spent her career designing learning environments that push people beyond what they think they know

first in classrooms, then boardrooms, and now in the liminal terrain of midlife transformation.
Her focus is more personal, but no less radical: turning the same lens inward to unravel old narratives, question assumptions, and find new ways forward. She believes in the body’s wisdom, curiosity over certainty, and the power of change—both the kind we choose and the kind that chooses us.
